Please note that our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, if more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we will not be able to process your refund or exchange request.
In the case of a refund for failure to deliver a specified number of streams, the refund will be done "pro rata".

To initiate a refund, reach out to us at hello@pitch-us.com using the subject line "Refund Request." We kindly request that you attach a screenshot of the "Spotify for Artists" stats for the submitted link. Please note that only phone screenshots will be accepted.
We rely on this screenshot to process your refund request accurately. However, we reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not correspond to the link submitted or fails to comply with our Money-Back Guarantee's terms.

If your song doesn't hit even one Algorithmic Playlist.
If your campaign fails to start within four days of purchase.
If we fail to deliver the number of streams you purchased within the campaign delivery period.
If your song is unjustly removed from a streaming platform and Pitch-Us is the solitary marketing company you have been utilizing to promote your songs.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund email is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
