Service fulfillment has gone down the crapper...

I don't know what has happened but the fulfillment of orders has seemed to come to a halt. This company used to be the only one I used but after a recent two orders valued at over $200 have failed to be fulfilled after two weeks I'm done. This service is time sensitive and they have stopped responding to my emails. I have given them ample time to make good on the services but I'm done. I would honestly look to another service unless they fix whatever is going on or communicate issues they are having to customers instead of leave them with no info as to why orders aren't being fulfilled.

My streams were removed a month later due to artificial streaming. I have gone back and forth with this company because I had booked 2 more campaigns prior to my streams getting removed, so I’ve been trying to cancel them and get a full refund. After a few days they finally got back to me and instead of offering me a refund they offered a different service but proceeded to cancel my campaigns. As of now the campaigns seem to have been canceled but they’ve ghosted me as I’ve repeatedly asked for my money back. Horrible company. Straight up scam.
